Fair Admission Process Update

Apple and AT&T marked Fair Admission email from as spam and blocked it from anyone using @icloud,,  @mac or email addresses. As such, those users may not have received the email with either their link to a shopping cart with their tickets or the insufficient inventory for your request email. We have contacted both Apple and AT&T about this, but have no way to know how long it will take them to resolve the issue on their end. We will post an update here if/when this issue is resolved.

There was a brief outage yesterday between 2-5 PM EST on October 25 that rendered the shopping baskets with tickets to be unusable. Anyone that had this problem during that time window yesterday can use the same email again to successfully check out now.

Requests made through Fair Admission registration for tickets to the Down The Road Wherever tour far exceeded available inventory. On average, we received five times the requests for tickets than we had the ability to fill. FAQs have been updated to explain in more detail about how the Fair Admission process works.
