New STP tracks

The online record store Target is selling an exclusive edition of James Taylor’s a new album, Before This World, with two songs recorded during the Sailing To Philadelphia sessions. Produced by Mark and Chuck Ainley, the tracks are Pretty Boy Floyd and Diamond Joe. Mark plays on Diamond Joe but does not sing on either of the two tracks.
Chuck recalls:
I remember him [ Mark] in the control room with me for much of the making of these two songs. It sounds as if we had intended for Mark to play on the outro but obviously we never got around to it.
