    Re: Your "right now" jukebox...

I listen to Mark, I'd say 85% of the time these days, but right now I'm listening to some Springsteen tunes on his setlist, Magic, Radio Nowhere, Gypsy Biker, etc.

I have to fly to Houston tomorrow for a week of training, and I'm going to Springsteen Monday night. I've never seen him before so I'm very excited about it. Smile

I was listening to the Shangri-La cd earlier. Currently I am listening to some old Red Hot Chilli Peppers songs.

I've seen Bruce 7 times...once on a solo tour and 6 times with E-Street. He never fails to put on a good show...you won't be disappointed. Right now I'm listening to the Wallflowers..."One headlight".

There'll be some changes made by Mark Knopfler and Chet Atkins, and it has just switched to Norah Jones with Be Here to Love me..

I also listen about 85per cent of the time to Mark Knopfler or Dire Straits, furthermore I like Eric Clapton, The Eagles, Norah Jones, Genesis, Bruce Springsteen and The Police (as well as Sting's solo career, although I do think he dropped the ball with his Songs from the labyrinth CD, but that's just me)

You were right about Bruce, hophead.  Bruce and E-Steet put on an incredible show.  2 1/2 hours of high energy.  Awesome!!

Did you go to the Magic tour? I was wondering how it compared to his other tours, even though I can't imagine anything being any better.

Right now on my iPod - Radio Ga Ga, Queen, of course.

KTGC, playing all tracks in random order and set to repeat indefinitely. This album really does grow on you, more so each time you listen IMHO. Now if he'd only play more of it in his live sets...

Yes I did...it was an excellant show...but not even close to when I saw him in 1978 touring on "Darkness on the edge of town"....best Bruce show ever. Almost as good as when I saw DS in 1992.....almost.

    Single Handed Sailor

I like guitar solo in this song

It seems to me that this song isn't much appriciated, or I am wrong?

I love "Single handed sailor". And ...yes ..it is under appreciated..as "Communique" is overlooked among DS albums.
