Digital Albums Now Available

markknopfler.com is now carrying a wide range of digital albums in the Store. Visit the new Digital Downloads section to download your favourite Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits albums. The downloads are available in 256kbps MP3 formats and include album cover art. Please note that currently these downloads are only available to our UK and Canadian members.

It´s great that finally there are digital downloads, but I think this can go a step fordward:

- Offer digital downloads of out of print material like the 3 songs featured in "Extended dance play" EP, or the 3 tracks included in "Comfort and Joy" soundtrack, both out of print (only released in vynil)

- Offer digital downloads of songs recorded by MK that finally didn´t made on the records

- Offer digital downloads of the Madrid, Bilbao, Glasgow and Newcastle 2001 recordings that were not used at the end

- Offer digital downloads of the current tour, all concerts has been recorded...

And obviously offer the diguital downloads worldwide!!!!
