Is there any chance that Mark comes to San Sebastian or Bilbao? These two cities have proved high fidelity to Mark and Dire Straits in the past. Probably he remembers two big concerts in 1992 in San Sebastian (and SS is only a 165.000 people small city)...
On the other hand, we have ideal facilities either for a small or big audiences. Two modern auditoriums and a bull ring (without bulls) with full automatic cover... The location drags southern France audience as well.
Need more reasons?

I agree with Xabier but instead of Bilbao or San Sebastian, Asturias (Oviedo or Gijon) would be a better place for those in the north, we are in the middle and have same facilities.
Anyway, Madrid it's not bad. Reasonable destination for all your Spanish fans since it's in the middle

Wow!!! 69 Euro in Granada!!!! It´s too expensive!! I was going to the Madrid and Granada shows, but with this prices...I´m sorry but I´m only going to Madrid. How can be Amsterdarm show e.g. cheaper than Granada? They are richer than us and more important city than Granada. I can´t understand. It´s a shame.

I´m agree with Marchena. I think that tickets in Granada are very expensive. At least I hope that you put a screen for the people that is far of the scene. I can´t understand why you never put it.

Back to Spain - great! Alicante or Torrevieja area would be fantastic next time, or even for an additional concert this time. Thousands of ex-pat fans, and thousands of Spanish fans locally. How about it? It would be wonderful to join you on stage too. Cheeky eh?

I bought my tickets for Granada yesterday in the end. I hope they send me them very soon!!! Mark I beg you please play the "almost forgotten" Dire Straits´ songs, I mean, no the same ones as always. E.g. where d´u think you are going?, the man too strong, fade to black, the bug, etc. And the same with your solo carreer songs, as a long in summer long ago, the sands of nevada, old pigweed, northumberland, etc. Thank you!!!

To balinoir,

Maybe there are some agencies which have bought many tickets to resell them more expensive when the tickets are over in the official sites to buy. Be careful and buy them in the official sites.

See you,

OK, I've just bought a ticket at the Palacio de los Deportes in Madrid... Other one of my dreams is going to be real

I have to say thanks to my sister who is going to pay it for my birthday and she reminded that I love Dire Straits' songs and she decided to get a ticket for me. Thanks a lot, and I'll get you back this detail... I have to think about how.

See you in April'08
