Buy your 'special edition' version of Kill To Get Crimson from most major German
retailers, including Amazon.de, and get a 10% discount on a pair of tickets when
you pre-order for Mark's shows in Germany next year. Each 'special edition' CD
(marked with a sticker) has an insert with a unique discount code, which can be
used to pre-order your tickets. Full details on how to purchase your tickets are
