Fantastic!  Alan is a horticultural gero of mine - I was sort of hoping Mark might make an appearance on his new show, and my wish appears to have come true.  I'll be looking forward to this!

My mum watched the TV appearance this morning.
She would like to say "No wonder the Falklands war veterans love his music his guitar is the best ever"
Did anyone else catch the interview as I missed it as I am at work.

I watched both of Mark's TV appearances today, the breakfast show was good as he was talking about the album and album cover, and saying that the new album is very English in the writing.
The Alan Titchmarch show was good too, except that there was no interview, just a brief chat while Mark was stood waiting to play, which he then did, playing True Love Will Never Fade, which is just gorgeous, very typical of his solo career love songs, and he was playing some beautiful guitar, with a plectrum and whammy bar, he is getting more and more like Hank Marvin.
